The New Fairview District In East Montrose Announces Shake Shack And Steel City Pops
HOUSTON — JAN 24 — The redevelopment of East Montrose looks to all ‘Pops’ and ‘Shakes’ as construction gets ready to build mix-use office and retail space on the site of former nightclub Meteor in Montrose.
Edge Realty’s website site used for marketing and leasing of the future space includes signage indicating the Fairview, Taft, and Mason Street development being called the ‘Fairview District,’ will now include popular New York-based Shake Shack, a new Houston Revolution Studio, an Alabama-based Steel City Pops, and a stand alone Shinola store.
The new development, located in the heart of the Montrose district, will feature 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space according to Edge’s website. Additionally, 25,000square feet of boutique office space, and a 200-plus space parking garage.
